Growing up, I had a tendency to collect hobbies that centered on building and tinkering. Needless to say, I love technology and graduated from Millersville in 2013 with a Technology Education degree. Shortly thereafter, I was hired by Clark Food Service Equipment as a Project Engineer whose responsibilities were drafting and designing food service facilities. It didn't take me long after graduating to realize I had landed a great job. My team encourages learning new things and has an eye for improving office workflows. CFSE also places importance in providing the resources needed to be innovative and successful through every project. We have resources that range from product and manufacturer training, to the latest and greatest architectural design software. This is all pulled together by the wonderful people I work, joke, and laugh with on a daily basis.

Once I graduated from Millersville in 2012, I started juggling three different part times jobs leaving no time for hobbies or family and friends. Thankfully, I found out the WebstaurantStore was hiring and immediately applied! The first few months were filled with a lot of information about the job, the processes, and the business in general. Luckily the team atmosphere here always offers you options for seeking out help! The team leaders are always looking out for you and want you to succeed. They worked with me to find the best way to utilize my Communications degree in this position and become a valuable part of the team. After having worked at various other jobs, I have definitely come to appreciate everything offered here at WebstaurantStore. The atmosphere, catered lunches, team outings, coworkers, and room for expansion make this an awesome place to work!

After graduating from Millersville University with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work I started my career with Clark Service Group. Although I had limited knowledge of food service equipment, this company puts a strong emphasis on hard work, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. They will train the right individual for any position! During my short time at Clark Service Group I have received two promotions that have led to exciting new challenges and opportunities to grow. Eleven months after joining the company I moved from my role as a Lancaster Area Technician Dispatcher to the Lead Call Center Representative in order to start the newly formed Call Center. Eight months after that, my role changed to Proactive Maintenance Coordinator. Clark Service Group offers a collaborative, team environment with opportunities to grow both in your career and as an individual. I enjoy working in a company where the employees are considered great assets. They invest in our careers by providing encouragement, training, and motivation. One aspect of my job I truly enjoy is coordinating service assignments for our Proactive Maintenance Technicians each day. My job enables our technicians to focus on giving the best service!

I started my career at the WebstaurantStore in January of 2013. Working for a company that is so successful and forward thinking right out of college was the best decision I ever made. The opportunity to grow within the company came quickly for me as I moved from a position as a Customer Solutions Specialist to a Customer Solutions Team Leader within my first three months. The culture and team of people that I work with every day are the icing on the cake to the great employment opportunities available here. The motto "work hard, play hard" always comes to mind when I think about the environment at the WebstaurantStore. Like any job, there are high expectations for employees to reach and some days seem longer than others. With that being said, the perks that we have makes those efforts pay off big time! Ping pong, Wii Fridays, catered lunches, volunteer events, and many others give us the opportunity to build lasting employee relationships, which I believe to be a significant factor in the success of WebstaurantStore.

"There is a lot of room for personal promotion within the company because of the growth that we are experiencing..."

Thanks to Millersville's Internship and Job Fair, I was able to find employment at WebstaurantStore and was hired as the Traffic Support Professional even before I graduated in 2014! My main responsibility is to audit and pay the carrier freight bills that we receive as a company. This position allows me to utilize the logical and mathematical thinking that I developed studying Statistics at Millersville University. Further utilizing my skills, I was recently promoted to a Pay-Per-Click Analyst! Through various vendor trainings and hands-on cooking opportunities in our test kitchen, I am continually expanding my knowledge and skills base here at work. Additionally, there is a lot of room for personal promotion within the company because of the growth that we are experiencing. The team leaders and supervisors are always willing to help implement new ideas so that WebstaurantStore can continue to find success.
