Your responsibilities will include: 

The Food Stylist is responsible for carrying out styling for e-commerce product photography, videography and social media. They report to the Styling Manager. They collaborate with other creative team members that include other Food Stylists, Set-Stylists, Assistants, Product Photographers, Videographers and Multimedia Producers. Food Stylists prep and style food to be visually appealing, adhering to brand standards while exploring new standards. A portfolio submission is required. 

• Meeting monthly KPIs (key performance indicators)  
• Follows weekly production schedule 
• Collaborate with the Styling and Media Managers to uphold current brand standards while setting new ones. 
• Partner with the Styling Manager to train and mentor styling team members.  
• Prep, plate and style food and drinks according to brand standards for photography, video and social media. 
• Leads weekly pre-production meetings and other essential meetings or brainstorming sessions. 
• Collaborate, communicate and coordinate with food suppliers/grocers, brand managers, other stylists, videographers, photographers, multimedia producers and assistants on and off set. 
• Operating with a big-picture perspective and using an understanding of business needs to prioritize tasks.  
• Embraces change, shows agility, and is comfortable with ambiguity and working at a fast pace. 
• Maintains cleanliness, organizes and has a strong awareness of the studio kitchen inventory. 

We’re looking for a team member who: 

• Has a portfolio of work. 
• Has salary requirements. 
• Can work full-time hours for this in-studio position. 
• Have 5+ years of previous food styling experience in commercial videography and photography. 
• Have culinary skills including but not limited to knife skills, broiling, roasting, grilling, baking, searing, sautéing, pan-frying, stir frying and deep-fat frying. 
• ServSafe certification is preferred. 
• Be willing to travel short distances depending on shoot needs.
