We are looking for an experienced 3D Rendering Manager to mentor our team of artists, streamline workflows, and achieve key performance targets. The ideal candidate will have expertise in 3DS Max and Vray, with additional experience in Unreal Engine and Reality Capture highly valued. A background in architectural visualization or interior design is particularly advantageous, enabling our team to produce detailed and visually appealing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of detailed 3D environments using 3DS Max, Vray & Unreal Engine.
• Manage and refine production workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Provide expert artistic and technical guidance to the 3D modeling team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing 3D modeling projects with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D environments.
• Expertise in 3DS Max, Vray, and familiarity with Unreal Engine and Reality Capture.
• Experience in architectural visualization or interior design is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, creating workflows, and mentoring artists.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative remote setting.
